Horrible no customer service will take your money can't get appointment and no one will respond to you . Had appointments cancelled and can't get new ones for more than a month . Do not use

They cannot service their current subscription members and don’t offer any discount. Therefore I was stuck paying for a service that could not be provided and was not receiving medication. I finally got an appt scheduled (waiting almost 4 weeks) and when I complained that I was paying for service I wasn’t receiving they cancelled my membership. When i told them I I didn’t cancel they reinstated and then cancelled it again a week later.

As of June 15, 2026 they have completely stopped providing customer care. No one answers phones. You get VM and no one returns calls. Emails go not only unanswered but also un-acknowledged. Chat option has been removed from the customer portal. I have been trying for 10 days now. But they keep charging you.

Aweful experience

This is extremely frustrating for me. I started treatment nine months ago, and everything was going well; I completed all the required tests and made the requested blood donations. Then, out of the blue, I found out I had been dropped from the program! I didn't even get a phone call explaining why. I had to send countless emails and make numerous calls just to find out what was going on; otherwise, I would still be in the dark and without treatment. I want a refund. If I don't get one, I will certainly take steps to assert my rights.

Don't go with this company. They kept sending me to quest when they were suppose to send me at home labs. They don't have a customer support, you leave a message and they might get back 3 days later. They send you a link, after 2 weeks of telling them they need a refill, to talk to a doctor and no doc is available and they won't get back to you, again, for 3 days. Go somewhere else. There are plenty of companies now. It's amazing how bad they are knowing they aren't the only game.

I was using Henry meds for a prescription medication, then after getting my quarterly lab work, I had my scheduled appointment with my provider. The provider came on the video appointment one minute before the start and canceled. I told her I was out of medication, and she apologized and said I'd need to reschedule. No appointments were available. After 4 emails and two phone calls trying to get my prescription filled, they sent me an email saying the canceled me because I was an "irate" customer. This was almost comical. I paid them for a service, they canceled, I tried 6 different ways to get what I paid for, and needed. They canceled me for being mad about that. So strange. DO NOT use Henry meds for a reliable source of prescription meds!

Customer service seems irritated when asked for service. Two weeks of communication and the fee was charged but no service was offered. The company appears to be run with a lose, casual, and careless business model. A disappointment or a learning experience? Both
