It’s a scam. They charge you and never deliver the product. They cite “pharmacy delays” but the same product was provided by another vendor in less than 48 hours. They will deny a refund and say it’s for the “consultation visit”. Imagine taking $100+ from each customer and not delivering anything but a 10 minute phone call?

They lock you into a subscription that is way over priced. I didn't even receive my second prescription and was charged for it. These guys are sketchy.

Supposedly $100 off first month special? I was charged full price and after 3 requests for refund of first month, still no response. They take your money before you even have the opportunity to see if you even qualify or to decide if you even want this program after talking to a provider. Scam!

Medication did not come on time 2 out of the 3 months; still waiting on the second one; I'm out and it has not even been processed, so another 1-2 weeks - but i still pay $150 / mo. My biggest issue is it is NOT the medication they claim it is. I have access to test myself for the medication in my body - the first week or two, i was positive, but the last 2 I've tested have been negative. This alone is concerning and the main reason I do not recommend - especially with meds you can't test for - what are you really putting in your body??? I told the facility, who took a few days to investigate and determined my claim was not valid. I offered to go to any of their facilities to test. I only suggest they take this further and test people themselves.. They will find the same results.

Update: It is now April 27th, a rep did in fact reach out via email, I replied and no response from their rep, sent a follow up email, again no response. And STILL no update on when my Rx will be shipped. Needless to say it’s been almost a month since funds were drafted and I do not have meds or even a shipping update or tracking. While I really liked the PA that my initial televisit was conducted with, everything after that has been a complete joke. Received my first Rx 13 days later. Even that was fine. As I began to run low on Rx, I decided to follow up with customer service because I was running low and had not recovery any updates. I was told on the April 12th it was being processed and I should receive my refill Rx in a few days. Followed up again with customer service on April 16th, as there is still no update and no refill been delivered. It is now the 19th and still no update, no refill, and much frustration with lack of service.

I have been out of my prescription for 2 weeks now. This is not okay. I had a virtual appt with a provider and was assured weeks ago that the new script was written and ordered. I am now 2 weeks without RX. This is terrible customer service and disruptive to my plan and set goals.
