Henry Meds is a fraud. They charged me a payment and supposedly sent my prescription to the pharmacy 2 weeks ago and it is still waiting there to be processed. I called Henry Meds and they say the pharmacy has 10 to 14 days to fill the prescription. If you look up "Henry Meds is a fraud" it will direct to you the BBB and you will read nothing but bad review after review how Henry Meds charged people and never fill their prescription and other complaints about how horrible this company is. There is a horrible review for almost every day of the week for the month. Of course, this company sent me a link to review them after the telecom appointment with Christina which was fine. But I didn't review because I haven't received anything for what I paid for. I have called them twice and they are not helpful. This whole process is a scam. Stay away from them, they will charge you month after month and will not allow you to cancel. They will say it was in the contract...that you will never receive. This company isn't register the BBB the website says. You will not find any reveiws when researching this company, you will have to look up Henry Meds is a fraud. It is like they erase the bad reviews on Facebook and google.

I’ve talked to several of their staff about the time frame of my shipment and all 3 have given me different answers. It’s been 10 business days since speaking with my doctor and my order is still, “being processed”. Their staff is not aware of what’s going on and the pharmacy process takes forever. This is my first couple of weeks with them but I am already regretting choosing them as a provider.

Failed to ship

They took my money before I even had an appointment with a provider. Henry Med charged my credit card and would not refund my $349 as I cancelled before even a consult or getting medication. They have an F rating with better business bureau.

I asked to have order canceled, so I could get a bulk order placed. Received an email conforming the cancellation. Then the order was shipped anyway. Multiple call to people that didn’t help me. I gave up!

They took forever to send my meds in the beginning and now they charged my monthly charge on 4/8/25 and I still have not received me next month meds and I took my last one today. They say it will be at least another 10 days before they ship this months meds which means I will be out of meds for around 2 weeks. Very unsatisfying.

They took my money right away but said meds take 7-10 days. It's been 8 days now and the status has yet to change in the patient portal which means it's been received but is not in progress and even after that it still has to be filled and shipped. I was leery of this but I guess you get what you pay for. Maybe go to a brick and mortar clinic. ? Answer to the reply I received. I understand and I will respond. But, the problem is, it would have been appropriate to let me know . "WE WORK WITH OUTSIDE PHARMACIES AND HAVE NO CONTROL ON HOW LONG THEY TAKE . Usually 7-10 business days is what I was told. To be honest the Dr said " but it's usually much quicker than that." And I give him the benefit of the doubt because he's a professional, right?. As of today, No change in the status of my order. And I'm sorry, I must be like my father, but what will happen if I still haven't received my order in ten days? I mean, why must I have to chase after you? I did all that was required of me. 13 days nothing..

Had my appointment 7 days ago and the pharmacy has been processing my prescription for 7 days with no other updates. Very disappointed with the time it’s taking to receive meds.
