This website asked for my credit card information first before then asking for my license or passport picture. I stopped the process immediately. They charged me $249 without my permission. When I contacted them they said they would not charge me a subscription, the very trick I was exploring to avoid. No product, no meeting with a health care professional, just a big fat fee! Highly manipulative website.

It is taking so long for my medicine to arrive

Unfortunately, I had to take down what was initially a fairly glowing review of Henry Meds. I have experienced nothing but lack of information, bad information and an ongoing customer service nightmare for the past two weeks. This has involved numerous calls to various areas of the company and talking to many CSRs, all who were very polite and attentive but at the end of the day my problem still exists and I am still without my GLP-1 medication. I am dissatisfied and fairly disgusted at this point.

Ok im going on day 10 and still have not received my first prescription. It’s not for the lack of me wasting my time calling and messaging through the portal to get the meds. The main reason most people decide on Henry med is for the convenience. So far, this has been extremely inconvenient from the onset. My initial appointment is when I learned they mail your prescription to you which would be an awesome perk. Howeve, you have to take a day off from work to sign for it because it’s a controlled substance. There goes my one and only reason for deciding on Henry med. I informed my provider (who is extremely pleasant) that the program isn’t going to work for me do to the inconvenience of having to take a day off from work everytime I got a refill. If that’s the case I’d be better served taking one day off and seeing a local provider and picking by my scripts up from the pharmacy after work. Versus Henry med I’d have to take a minimum of 3 days off signing for scripts. I was then informed by the provider they can fax the script to a pharmacy of my choice. So I went with that option. I got an email asking for the pharmacy info. I provided a fax number and all details. Three days after my initial appointment I went to the pharmacy on 3 separate days only to learn they had not received a fax for the script. As stated I called and messaged trying to expedite the process. Today 9 days later I called again and was informed they finally faxed the prescription. I got in my car and went to the pharmacy and they tell me it was faxed from an out of state number and they could not fill it until they verified it. This was senseless considering my provider is here in the same state and city as me. Why would they fax a script from a different state? Considering the l ever business their in they know that would hold up the process even longer until it can be verified. I can’t believe they didn’t account for situations such as this in their business model. Yet here I am, 9 days, 4 unsuccessful trips to the pharmacy and extremely frustrated. All I have to look forward to is more uncertainty. The very best I can hope for is having to wait no more than 11 days until they can verify and finally fill my script. Providing it gets verified Monday at the beginning of the work week. I’m not too hopeful that’ll happen. I’m just going to opt out and go local. At the rate Henry med has been underperforming, I don’t see this becoming a consistent process by any means. Just too many hurdles and hoops for me. Not to mention I could have potentially lost 2 pounds by the time they actually get their act together. Henry meds process has been the opposite of convenient.

I wrote to cancel my subscription and was charged monthly for two months afterwards (thus far). This is after I stopped receiving the medication. Avoid. Crooked Company.

Usually the customer service is really good but when I asked a question they uncharged me for the medication I was already receiving. I recommend finding a different company that doesn't up charge your subscription and threaten to withhold your prescription you already paid for.

Had an appointment almost 2 weeks ago and medication is still only marked as processing with no update being able to be given from the support line. This medication is not on back order and I’m still being charged. This is a complete scam.

I applied online, not completely understanding the process. Met with the NP, who was great. She did a great history and was very friendly, but the price she quoted was not the 149.00 offer. When I called, ‘Maria’ was professional but not helpful. When she explained the ‘subscription’ process, I was a little leary, so thought I’d better not move forward because I was uncomfortable with it all. She said they already charged my subscription and it’s not refundable. So, if I didn’t want to have the subscription, they would still charge me the 149.00, saying that was their terms. Nothing should have be processed yet. I think their terms are confusing and misleading. I ended up just saying to send me the rx and I would cancel after that. She wasn’t really rude, just kept repeating the same thing over and over, but she wasn’t not helpful either. I wouldn’t steer away from Henry med if you are just researching if this would work for you.
