They didn’t give my meds within 2-3 weeks. I should’ve known not to give them money when the rest of the reviews are highly negative warning me. Will never ever use this service again. Don’t use Henry Meds if you’re looking for reliable and affordable. They only care about money.

Please… go with any other provider. Henrymeds is the lowest quality you can get, if only I listened to the reviews and went to someone else. I was prescribed 3 refills of phentermine. As I was finishing up my first prescription (30 pills) I was reaching out to see how my next refill would be processed. it’s been over a week, I am completely out of medication, I don’t have even a estimated date of delivery, customer service is no help at all… I’ve lost track in my progress.. MIND YOU, over 3 weeks ago they took $150 out of my account, without a email or receipt etc… (they don’t specify that the charge is monthly not an initial charge). Literally nothing has been an easy process with them. I am literally livid… because of the provider I chose to go with, I’ve wasted money, time, progress. Please, just go to anybody else.

It has been almost a month since I signed up, still haven’t received my medicine and my plan renews next week. I’m mad at myself for not reading these reviews prior to signing up. If I cancel before it renews will they cancel my first month medicine I already paid for since I didn’t get it yet? Or will it continue to process? I don’t want to pay for another month when I’d didn’t get to try the program for the first month I already paid for.

Still have not received medication ordered and paid for on 4/4. It is now 4/29. Customer service’s only answer is the pharmacy is backlogged.

I canceled my subscription on the same day the charge was processed. I had already paid in full for my previous 3-month supply and did not wish to continue. Henry Meds will not give me my money back and are charging me for the full month of May even though I cancelled on 4/29/25. A scam company! Stay away and go elsewhere !

don't use this company. awful experience. they have delays and don't tell u, literally weeks waiting for perscription but theyll take ur money without hesitation. they'll keep medicine and your money too! customer service is offensive. so many posts about them and clearly the honest reviews are muffled. this is medication, there is laws about the safe distribution of meds and they do not abide. its been several weeks since my perscription was placed with pharmacy and this is a refill mind u so my body was already acclimated to it, and then without warning weeks without shipping meds no email update no consideration and dead eyed employees who are callus and robotic probably used to working for a sham company. so many other options out there! they already have lawsuits bc of quality do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. *additional information has been submitted for the record.

Henry Meds is a scam. They said they sent my prescription but they didn't and then charged me an extra $100 to resend it. Customer service would say that they tried to call through an email and I never had a missed call. They gave me the run around to cancel my prescription. I didn't lose a single pound while on the medication.

Update: I am still waiting for my meds 3 weeks later. I’m starting to think this is a scam. They say the pharmacy is backlogged but where are they getting their meds from? I’m starting to think this is going to be an issue. No one can tell me when the pharmacy will send my meds out but they definitely already took my payment and it’s almost time for the next month’s payment and I haven’t even started yet. Customer service provides no answers.
