So far so good
So far so good. However I feel like a more thorough explanation of what to expect with the shipment, prescription, amount, refills etc would have been helpful. And also I would like a sooner reply to an online inquiry. It took 3 days for a reply to my question.

Appointment on time
Appointment on time. Although I had started with another company and needed a blood test I was surprised they did not ask for one before starting the drug.

The company was resourceful and the medication worked. Down 20 lbs, that I have tried to lose for years. I believe I have my bad habits in better control now.

My experience is a 4.5
My experience is a 4.5. I feel that they asked the right questions and I was happy to actually talk to a provider live. The provider put a rush on the medication and I received it with 5 days instead of 5-8 business days. The video was helpful and so far I am confident in the medication.

First Appointment
The video call was really blurred and very hard to hear, so did a phone call instead and that made our communication much better. The Dr. was very informative with introductory information. He explained how to take the medication and what to expect. Really made me feel excited to get started on my weight loss journey.
