CAUTION!!
The medical proffesionals were outstanding. Customer service for the meds is another story. Just FYI, if they have you on autodraft, they will get your $$$ whether or not you get your meds. There is apparently no life circumstance that allows ANY deviation from the terms. Terrible people.

Crooks
The meds were legit, but they continued to charge me $50/month even after I cancelled...with no refund.

2 weeks after video chat w/ NP and still no meds
My initial video chat with the NP was so great!! She made it sound like the meds would come pretty quickly. That chat was 2 weeks ago today and It looks like the status is currently "not shipped" yet. Very frustrating because I wanted to start losing weight last week. I don't understand what the issue is. So many people on here say they got their meds promptly. Two days ago I emailed HenryMeds and got a generic email reply that someone will get back to me. This is so frustrating, because I went through the exact same thing with HER which is why I left them and never did the refill because they barely were able to get the first set of meds to me. I did read some people on here having trouble with refills...oh boy, I can't wait to have to deal with that.

Had a consultation
Had a consultation. Signed up for semiglutide meds. Cancelled within a week and before the prescription was ever shipped. They refused to refund my money even though I never received prescription or participated in the program. Honestly, after speaking to others I did not have enough weight to lose to use this type of treatment which is why I canceled.

Henry Meds charged me but did not send pills.
It did not seem to alter my appetite at all. They charged me and did not send me anything after they took my 249.00. because they said I cancelled subscription. Which I did so they would not charge me again thinking they would still send the bottle I just paid for but nope! They said I cancelled so they won't send it even though they charged me for it & now saying they can't send it because I cancelled.
