I had my first telephone consult today. It went very well. I am a Paramedic by trade and I had already done a lot of research on medications, side effects and such. We discussed treatment plans and dosing. I was pleased and look forward to my next appt

They sent the wrong dosage and the next day (Saturday) I got a response to my request for help. I requested and appointment with a medical provider and was given one for Monday. So I have hope that things will be ok. Talked to a med provider and he made the necessary correction. Too bad their ZenDesk helpers can't tell you anything you have to have another appt and my correct dose. Cost me and extra $100 a month. Still way less expensive than Ozempic.
