You guys waited to long to request me to get my blood work completed. By the time I was able to get in and get it done, and my video appointment was scheduled, i was down to my last dose of meds. I have now ran out again. I will be researching a different company to switch to, as this is the third time this has happened.

Total scam. I received one month of medicine but have been charged for three months. Their Customer Care team is telling me I am not eligible for a refund, but they are willing to move the next payment up a few weeks. Totally ridiculous. Avoid them like the plague.

If there was a no star option id leave it. Routinely waiting 15 plus days for delivery. Zero corresponding on thier end. Save your money and go to a local clinic that specializes in what you need.

Inital conversation was great but have tried on multiplications to speak with somebody in customer service and have been unsuccessful. I was told at my initial consultation that I would be given a cheaper rate due to my personalized needs and that I should speak with someone in customer service to ensure that rate was given to me. No one from customer service will respond to my inquires and they keep charging the credit card the full rate every month. It’s very disappointing. Unfortunately, I signed up for a six month contract and now feel like I’m stuck in it. I did already cancel my renewal.

I cannot get an appointment. They will bill you whether you are getting treatment or not. You are locked into the program for 6 months and they will continue to bill you even once you have canceled with them. I will spen a total of $1600 and not recieve any medication. I have been trying to speak with someone for more than a month. I have one snarky email response and one automated response letting me know they will cancel my subscription but they will still bill for the next 4 months. Be careful. There is no month to month and it is difficult to schedule appointments. No one is available outside of M-F 9-5.

Awful experience

Just keeps getting worse and worse. Clearly the communication between the providers and customer service is not great. I was told several things by my provider that now customer service is saying something completely different. I will be finding a new company to use ASAP. I’m 2 months in and it’s just continually more issues as time goes on. Incredibly frustrating. Will be reporting to the BBB as well since this is dealing with people’s physical health, you’d think that would be important. Apparently they will reply to a review faster than they will answer an email also

Signed up in October of 2024. I have not seen any increase in testosterone. It’s been 7 months. Plus you go weeks even up to a month without medication. So when they have you go get blood work done by the time they get the lab results and set up a consultation to go over it with you, you end up going without medication. The first time I went two weeks without medication then the second time I went over a month without medication.
