My appointment was started promptly at the appointment time. The PA I spoke to was very thorough in explaining the medication, how it works, how to inject, and the side effects. She informed me of the Do’s and Don’ts regarding eating what type of foods are more tolerable because of how the meds work. The PA emphasized to drink as much water as possible every single day. She was extremely receptive to all my concerns and questions, I felt relieved after speaking to her. I look forward to this journey with the help of the PA and Henry Meds staff. Thank you

I have just begun with this but so far everything has been positive. The practioner I spoke to was well educated and informed on how this will affect me and my current medical problems and what I need to know if anything unexpected arrives. She was ready for all questions. Told me what to expect in the next few months.

It's an quick and easy registration and intake process. My Provider was courteous and knowleadgable. The only downside was the I had to wait for the appointment to start late by about 3 minutes.

The process so far has been seamless. The phone call was short. My meds were sent and arrived two days later. Haven't started just yet. Going to read the instructions. Here we go, a bit nervous. Upon my first injection I found I just have one months worth and was told I would be receiving 3 months. I am concerned that I will not receive the next 2 months of meds when I am finished with the first month I thought I would receive a bottle of meds for each month. But after confirming, they told me the one was for three months. After that was sorted everything is going well.

Everything was great except you need a better method for questions to be asked of either the prescribing provider or someone else who is qualified to discuss clinical-based questions.

It was great. Very professional. If there was one thing that caught me by surprise was that it was a video call, instead of a regular phone call.

So far, everything has been better than expected. I had my appointment on Tuesday, July 2nd. I was told that I would receive my meds in 8-10 business days. I actually received the meds on Saturday, July 6th, which was much quicker than expected, especially with the 4th of July holiday in between!
