Slow on shipped medication out ! You call and they just don't care

I cancelled before my script was supposed to be processed and I was told that I would get a partial refund within a few days. About 2 hrs later my card was charged an addiotnal 100$. I called again and they said it was cancelled and then recieved an email confirming the cancellation and refund. When I checked the portal 2 days later I had to go and cancel my subscription and still havent received my refund.

What started out as a positive experience with Henry Meds has within the last two months turned into them taking my money immediately each month but being late on medication delivery both months. I get the "oh, it was a one time issue" story. So now I am out of medication. Customer service folks while polite are powerless to assist and my request to speak to a Manager was unsuccessful. I was told they were preoccupied with other issues (collecting more $$, instead of speaking to clients I suppose). Let's see how long it takes for a Manager to actually return my call. Both months they collected my monthly fee right on time and at least 3 weeks later NO MEDS. I would skip this company and seek meds at a more client centric one, one that delivers medications before they run out for the month. Will keep my post updated as to this months excuse and delivery dates.

Deceptive. This is a subscription scheme and no where in the signup online, the discussion they have to do for you to get the meds, or in the many emails do they state you have signed up for a subscription. The meds did not work for me, I ended up with horrible side effects so I stopped taking them and still have the side effects month’s later, then I receive a $299 charge. The kicker is the subscription doesn’t even cover a refill. It $299 for nothing and they refuse to refund even though no additional services were provided.

Yes the virtual was great on time and to the point the person of contact was exceptional. My problem is with the medication 37.5 phentermineSR I have only took it a day 100pm today and this medication with all warning being sick, nervous,can't sleep Seems alot extreme i feel hungry but know just agitated not because side effects because this medication is not going to work and if I had to bet got more compound in it than the actual active medicationi it the first day but I I know if it doesn't seem different by the next day I will not be ordering not worth it to me got to much compound it's only my first day thanks peri

My medication has been processing at the pharmacy since April 25th!!! Update, after I made this review they had the audacity to send me an email stating GOOD NEWS, your medication is now PROCESSING at the pharmacy! Um, duh it’s supposedly been processing the entire time. SEND ME AN EMAIL WHEN MY MEDS SHIP! 🙄 UPDATE AS OF 5/29/25 About two weeks ago I got an email stating that they will be shipping my meds out ASAP with expedited shipping. Guess where my meds are, no really cause I have no idea. These people are full of 💩 My appointment was April 25 it is now May 29th and I still do not have my medication!! Don’t use this company and cancel your cards! LAST UPDATE: I received my meds but they are counterfeit unmarked and do absolutely nothing!!! Yay, thank you Henry meds for wasting my time and money!!! I’m going to file a complaint with BBB cause now my health is at stake.

Reached out several times to CS with no response via email; took over a week to get an order placed even though payment was processed right away. Customer Service needs work

I have been waiting since April 28th for my medication to ship and to this date still have no answer on when they will ship. Very frustrating!! Beginning to think it’s a fraud.
