Friendly, answered my questions and smooth transition. I liked having access to a patient portal. Best price out their. Would like it if blood testing place showed me the results of my blood test and not just Henry Meds; though they verbally went over the results. Other than that everything else was perfect. I do like to have a copy of my lab results though for my records.

My Nurse Practitioner was very kind, polite, professional and understanding. I feel that when you start something like this, you need empathy and understanding also because there’s some embarrassment from our part. I also felt that at Henry, they’re here to help when everything may have failed so if you’re the right candidate, they’ll appropriately help.
