I really enjoy Henry Meds. Ive been using them for nearly a year now. The doctors are nice and informative. The prescription always comes on time. The instructions are clear and concise. My only complaint is every single time I do a Zoom appointment the doctors are always late no matter what. That gets a little annoying. Other than that I feel like the medication is reasonably priced, delivered on time and overall a good experience.

My online appointment with Fabienne went well. She was professional and informative. The only complaint I have is when I asked her how long it would take to receive my meds, she stated that she'd be putting the information in that day, so it would take 7-10 business days to get the meds (our appointment was on Monday, 7/29). As I was out of town, I was relieved because I wasn't planning on coming home until the following Monday. Well, the following Wednesday I noticed an email notification (which I don't really pay attention to, especially when I'm on vacation) from Henry Meds and saw that the meds had been delivered on 7/31! I was frantic (I also was in a time warp and thought it was 8/1)! I knew the meds had to be refrigerated. Fortunately, I realized it was still the same day and I was able to have my neighbor grab the package and put the meds in her fridge until I came home - early.

Too early to tell but I am hopeful. The one thing I will say is, the first month should not start until I get the medicine. I'm out almost 2 weeks from signing up and it will auto renew before I really get to even know if it is working

Just got my first shipment. Right now since this is just the beginning I a rating 4 stars. But everything so far had been seemless and easy. My appt witht the NP was on time and everything was explained in detail. My meds arrived in 2 days. The site was easy to navigate and sign up on and I had constant notifications of the meds shipment. So far so good!!!

First video call with provider. Very informative explained everything very well.

Had my first appointment and it went very well. Looking forward to my new journey with them.

I am still trying them out. The oral semuglutide did nothing for me at all..I tried for 2 months and no results. I just switched to the injections. I guess we will see. I am a little skeptical about the medications.

Logged in this morning for my initial visit with Stephanie, she was through and even made me aware of potential issues that I might have if not eating the correct food or drinking enough water…will update once I start the program. I opted for the oral drops (tangerine flavor).
