My payment was processed 4-22-2025. My order was processed on 4-25-2025, it is 5-14-2025 my prescription is still processing not shipped. By far the worst experience. Customer service blames the pharmacy but cannot provide any information as to when the prescription will ship.

The appointment went good back in April not a problem. Got the OK from the doctor to have the prescription well as of May 15 I still have not received the medication. I keep getting told just hang tight you’ll get it.

However, delivery times can vary due to factors outside of our control, such as pharmacy backlogs or supply chain issues with our partner pharmacies. Awful shipping and customer service. Been waiting almost a month for my medication and turns out no one realized the order wasn’t being filled by the pharmacy until the 2nd time I called. Then had to wait another 2 weeks to recover the medication. Customer service could care less and said there was nothing they could do. I would look elsewhere for better service and timely refills.
