Great representative…
The representative I spoke with today did a great job explaining the process to me and how to get started. She needed to make some changes to my answers on my application as I as unable to move past a few screens with answering something, even if it wasn’t true.

Slow Processing Time
The process time of blood/lab scheduling with Quest Diagnostics mixed with delayed product shipment caused me multiple times to have my injections off. This created a negative effect on my lab results. Testosterone levels would often fluctuate which was very undesirable and irritating.

I have been using Henry for one year
I have been using Henry for one year. Overall, great service! I appreciate the regular testing and all doctors. One area of improvement - pharmacies seem to dispatch different size needles - empower pharmacy is very good - others not so. I wish Henry can use one pharmacy so I do not need to buy needles by myself..

We work with a variety of pharmacies depending on the medication prescribed, the state, the backlog at the pharmacy, and the provider. You can always ask your provider during your consult if you have a specific pharmacy you’d like to use or not use
