Provider was rushed and overall demeanor was condescending. She did not seem like she genuinely wanted to help or enjoyed her job. Giving three stars though because the app is easy to use the process was quick and efficient.

I LOVE my Henry Meds provider. She is kind, helpful, and always answers my questions. Unfortunately, the standard Henry Meds timeline for follow up created a situation that caused me to miss almost a week of doses. I scheduled my appointment the same day I received the follow up email from Henry Meds but due to my work schedule and provider availability, I was not able to be seen until 1 week out. By then, I only had 1 week of meds left and it typically takes at least 1-2 weeks to receive the medication. I would love an option to schedule any follow up appts at 3 weeks rather than 2 weeks.

I’ve had a generally positive experience with Henry Meds when it comes to the medical side of things. The service is efficient, and my assigned nurse practitioner has been excellent—professional, attentive, and responsive during consultations. The medication has been delivered as expected, and the clinical support has made the treatment journey smooth. However, I do have concerns about the billing process. The pricing structure and charges are not clearly explained, and I found communication around billing to be lacking. For a service that operates entirely online, I expected better transparency and more proactive communication when it comes to fees, subscription changes, or additional charges. It can be confusing and frustrating trying to get clarity or assistance on billing-related questions. Overall, while the medical support is strong, Henry Meds would benefit greatly from improving the transparency and responsiveness of its billing and customer support operations.

I like how upfront the website is. I thought NP Chelsea was great. I do wish the information she provided would be available for review later on the portal. The patient portal at this point is pretty useless. It does not get updated fast enough and there is little to no info on there. The emails make up for it, but it would be nice to have that information on the portal.

Repeated emails about the same things when the issue was resolved. Not a user friendly online platform The med professionals and customer service reps are always kind and knowledgeable. They try to address the issues.

Very friendly but almost impossible to find a cost and then only options were at least 50% more than quoted price after the questionnaire. Let's see how they do, but all the companies seem to cost relatively the same.

The intake process of meeting with medical staff is great. The shipping time, however, is incredibly slow!
