Quick service had the meds in no time

UPDATE: After leaving a review, a representative contacted me and corrected the issue by sending out a new batch. I'm assuming it will arrive ok and updating my review. My initial consultation was excellent. The rep rep was very helpful and friendly. --------------------------------------------------------- Original review: My medicine came in hot to the touch and this is suppose to be temperature controlled. Ive been trying to get a hold of someone to help but it's close to impossible to get any kind of assistance or response. It would be great to talk to someone before injecting compromised medicine into my body but no one seems to want to help.

So far so good. The NP I had an appointment with was great and the medication came very quickly

So far so good. Just started the program so it will take a but longer to really give a review.

The prescribing nurse was great. I wasn't bugged by repeated reminders prior to choosing Henry meds. The only problem was it took 8 days to receive meds, and instructions did not make it clear to refrigerate after using. Prescriber made refrigeration clear.

THE SERVICE WAS GREAT BUT THE SHIPPING SUCKED THE PACKAGE WAS CRUSHED THE VIALS SURVIZED

The interview was very good. The NP was very nice and professional. She answered all of my questions and gave me information I needed.

Would have been a 5 but there was a scheduling error from Henry that caused considerable time to make right. However- everything after that was impressive. Special shout out to May ( customer service) for her follow thru of making the mistake right. And to FNP Frances P for her professionalism and medical knowledge.
