OMG, Henry Meds USED TO BE wonderful. Now they just STINK. They screwed up my order for an expedited shipment which finally arrived 2 weeks later. BUT THE REAL PROBLEM I HAVE IS THIS: I was interested in a BULK ORDER so I went through the motions to see what the total price would be and was tricked into ordering. In other words, the website did not have a page to "review" the order. I called that same minute to cancel. No answer at the office. After 15 minutes of waiting on the line a recording came on and said there were no agents available. I wrote multiple cancelation emails. I FINALLY got an answer to the fifth email stating billing will address the issue. A week after that I received a message stating that the order could not be canceled. THE ORDER HAS NOT EVEN ARRIVED!! They took almost $3,000 from my credit card. I just called their office again and a recording came on stating that there are no agents to take the call. This must be the firms reaction to the FDA canceling compounded Tirzepatide. RUN AWAY.

I had the virtual video for the medication and was told I would get it later in the week or early the following week. More weeks went by with it stuck in “order received” I sent 3 separate service requests via email (because even though I tried to message during listed business hours the instant messaging chat is mysteriously always closed) and just now got a response from my first request weeks ago only for them to say “it’s in process”.

I put it an order for bulk bottles and have not received nor given an update. It’s been over a week and a half and I’m about to call my bank and get them involved.

I have been using Henry meds for two months it is a TOTAL SCAM. Don’t sign up for it. I’m obligated to give them $1,000 plus and they have not held up their end of the deal at all. I’m supposed to get my medication delivered once a month and they are weeks late on my second dose and will not do anything to fix the situation they just keep reminding me that I have to keep paying even though I am not receiving the service. As of 5/23 at 0757 hours they have responded to this review quicker then they responded to my help request. If their service is out of their control I’m not sure why they are offering it. The customer service is still horrendous.

I spoke with a support person and told her I wanted to cancel and she confirmed cancellation. However, these medication’s showed up anyway, and my credit card was charged. I am extremely upset and I’m going to dispute this with my bank.

Horrible experience, and I never leave bad reviews. Deceptive pricing strategies I had zero idea I was being sold a $2500 package before even trying the medication. I had severe allergic reactions, consulted their drs and was told to just keep taking it. Ridiculous and dangerous; and they made me pay $1500 more knowing I was not receiving any care or Medicine and could not receive any value for my money. What a joke. This is not a responsible way to receive medical care and people need to be aware how severe reactions to semiglutide can be. Very scary experience and a huge waste of money. Update- I got an email requesting more info, feel free to look up my account I demanded to speak to 3 different staff about these issues I’m sure it’s all on file if you look. Feel free to refund the money I paid for 2 tiny injections the first weeks of the program, as I reasonably requested several times. I went and disposed of the medical waste and syringes at Walgreens then was told I had to keep paying $265 a month for nothing.

Buyer Beware - I signed up for what was advertised as a "$349/month membership" but received a 2-month supply of medication upfront with separate charges. This wasn't clearly disclosed during signup. The Real Problem: When the oral tirzepatide caused adverse effects (weight gain, increased inflammation), I reported this within the first week. The company took 3 days to respond, then scheduled my appointment 4 days later. These delays pushed my cancellation request past their billing date, and I was charged for a second month of medication I couldn't use. Customer Service Issues: Supervisor "Aleasha" was inflexible and dismissive. She refused to escalate the matter, claiming no higher authority exists, and showed no empathy for a patient experiencing medication side effects. Her responses were condescending and unhelpful. Bottom Line: Marketing is misleading about billing structure Customer service lacks training in medical situations Inflexible policies don't account for adverse reactions No accountability for reasonable patient concerns A reputable medical service should handle patient concerns with more professionalism and flexibility. Would not recommend - especially if you have any concerns about how new medications might affect you.

Not a good company they are very bad with shipping it takes 10- 15 business day and then an additional 10 days before you receive your meds! Your patient portal does not update so so it never shows you where your current meds are being shipped! They work with empowered pharmacy who is always backed up! You have call everyday to get an update because of the patient portal does not work right!!! The time you run out of your meds they are slow to refilling ! If you like you things delivered to you on a timely fashion don’t use Henry meds ! If you don’t mind waiting for a month then they will be perfect for you.
