Pretty good so far…just gave myself my first shot Thursday.

It was easy to make appointment. Plenty of information on website. First shipment arrived in just two days. I’m usually a little squeamish about needles but I had no problem after reading instructions. I thought that PA could have been a little more thorough; no questions about labs or whether someone has stomach issues, like I do. But I felt confident since my PCP had already given me the go-ahead. Overall, it was a positive experience.

I’m excited and waiting for my new journey with Henry Meds. Everything is going so fast and smooth.

I would have given a five star because it's been smooth for the last 6 months, but I have missed the last two shot days and I'm starting to fill the effects. It sucks you pay monthly and they can't get you the med on time

I am very happy with my first visit. My clinician was very knowledgeable and supportive. He provided me with tools to help me succeed. I am a little disappointed that my billing occurred 2 days prior to the first available appointment and I am not receiving my medication until 6 days after my billing date. I would have been happier if my billing did not occur until my first video visit. Will have to wait and see how the medication is until at least 1 month into treatment.

Excellent customer service! Not only are they prompt and friendly, their follow-up to ensure the desired outcome was received shows their willingness to go above and beyond. Super impressed and wish that more companies offered this level of service.
