I really liked my NP, she stream lined the process and made it very simple and easy to understand. I do wish there were more options for California when it comes to injections.

It is basically a good online company but my last interaction with the front line greeter was not positive. She was dismissive and said only the doctor could make note of a change. Otherwise, they seem to be a fair, responsive company.

Overall I’ve had a great experience with Henry meds. It was easy to fill out the info, schedule an appt and I felt the NP who I met with was knowledgeable about the product. I do wish that they would tell you about your different options in the appt instead of you just choosing what you want? How do I know what’s best? I just got my first shipment and will be starting tomorrow so no real feedback on that. It is pricier than other options and I may need to reevaluate that later.
