Overall, their system to obtain glp-1 compounds work well… coordinating with access to clinicians online. Sending two months in advance has proven convenient and cost effective. My only gripe was the $100 monthly surcharge when they increased my oral dose from 1 mg to 1.5 mg. That seemed a bit steep, increasing my monthly charge from $245 to $345. At that price, it would be more cost effective for me to go to a local compounding facility… switching to injections for $300 per month.

From enrolling through the televisit was one of the best experiences I’ve had for prescription services. I don’t understand why it’s going to take 5-10 business days to receive the medication I’ve already paid for. That’s an excessive waiting period. A real downside.
