Extremely professional and reliable. Very easy to talk to a live person. Never late on my medication. I was even willing to pay a little more just because I knew I wouldn’t have issues getting my meds. Semiglutude stopped working for me so I had to cancel my membership. I emailed and they emailed me back stating no problem. I was not charged again. They are top notch!

I was very nervous due to medical trauma of doctors talking down to me but my first appointment went amazing! She was very personable and kind, checked in on my current health issues and made sure I was taking care of myself for reasons other than my weight as well as my mindset for weight loss. I feel secure and supported, no judgement, it’s like having a health professional cheerleader :)
