From start I was impressed with the ease to set up an appt, availability of appt times, all the information available on the website. Loved that the meeting with the FNP was visual, helps to develop a good rapport, very professional and knowledgeable. Meds showed up 8 days following the appt with very clear instructions and well packed. I will be started my program this weekend and I'm looking forward to good weight loss results.

Excellent customer service and NP Kimberly has been great. Coming up on a year of TT for my husband and he said he feels better now than he has in years. As a retired nurse myself, I have been very impressed with the level of care he's received.
