Very easy process, delivery timing has been on point, they provide everything you need. That's all good. I do wonder if they're struggling with suppliers and if the quality/efficacy of later vials matches what I originally received. Or maybe the drug has done all it can do for me? I lost 23 pounds in the 12 weeks from my first vial, going from .25 (four weeks) to .50 (four weeks) to 1.00 (four weeks). I was thrilled with that, of course. But in the 12 weeks since then, all at full dose, I've lost seven pounds total. That's a pretty big dropoff in performance. I'm happy to be down 30, but my goal was 45-50 and the pace of loss has slowed dramatically.

Meeting with practitioner went well. He listened to my input and adjusted accordingly. Med arrived pretty promptly. I would have give 5 stars but I was overcharged $100 with no response to my inquiry

So far, so good. The treatment is going well,I’m up to 5th dose tomorrow. The paperwork is precise and has great directions, but you have to find it, highlight it so you can always have the right dose. I folded the paper & taped it o the inside of medicine cabinet inside

Just want to say how impressed I am with this company so far. Customer service is 100 and the medication arrives today and will have been delivered super quickly. I would have given five stars but have left the fifth star unmarked because I haven’t tried the medicine yet. I’ll probably update my review as I continue my TRT journey. Super impressed!
