I'm still waiting for my prescription 'being processed' over one week now. Reach out to customer service with email, no responsa. Ran out of my meds. I'm asking for credit for the days I don't have my pills, $3.32 per day.

I would give no stars if I could. Compounded medicine is not fda approved and dangerous. There is no warning before hand that your using Compound pharmacies. No one wants unsafe medicine and thats exactly what they get. Its not fda approved and there is no bad side effects reporting. Phentermine is fda approved but once it's mixed with who knows what and at who knows amounts it's poison. Henry meds is a complete scamCompounded medications, while sometimes necessary, can pose significant risks due to potential quality issues, incorrect dosages, and lack of FDA oversight. Examples include contamination, incorrect ingredient concentrations, and errors in mixing, which have led to serious injuries and even deaths. Here's a breakdown of the risks: Lack of FDA Approval: Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved, meaning they haven't undergone the same rigorous safety and effectiveness testing as commercially available medications. Quality Concerns: Compounding pharmacies may not always adhere to the same quality standards as traditional pharmacies, leading to issues like contamination, incorrect ingredient amounts, or the use of unapproved substances. Errors in Compounding: Human error, like selecting the wrong ingredient or using incorrect dilutions, can result in dangerous overdoses or ineffective treatments. Contamination: Compounding pharmacies can be vulnerable to contamination, especially when dealing with sterile products like injectables, as seen in the New England Compounding Center outbreak. Lack of Standardization: Compounded medications, unlike their commercially available counterparts, are not standardized. This means that the same formulation may vary slightly from one batch to another, which can be problematic for patients who need consistent dosing. Examples of horror stories: New England Compounding Center: A fungal meningitis outbreak in 2012, linked to contaminated steroid injections, resulted in numerous deaths and illnesses. CAPS Pharmacy: A 2004 incident involving a compounded cardioplegia solution with incorrect concentrations caused brain damage in a two-year-old undergoing heart surgery. Buddy's story: A child died after receiving a compounded medication with the wrong active ingredient due to a mixing error. Weight loss drug errors: Recent reports highlight dosing errors and other issues with compounded weight loss medications like semaglutide, including overdoses and adverse events.

We appreciate you sharing your feedback. While no compounded medication has been FDA approved, our providers and pharmacies exclusively use real, FDA-approved medication ingredients. Medically approved clients are typically offered prescription Phentermine 37.5mg SR Capsules. These are slowly absorbed by the body over roughly six hours to help individuals reduce hunger all day. All of the products are exclusively manufactured by licensed 503(a) compounding pharmacies, or 503(b) Outsourcing Facilities in the United States.

Henry Meds was great until I went to cancel my account. They won't refund me for the last prescription refill which I never received. I've been passed off to 2 different "customer support" agents like a bait and switch scheme. Finally going to resort to just filing a dispute with my credit card company after being given multiple excuses and asked to be patient. Never took them this long to charge my account.

Have been waiting since May 23 to receive my terzepitide prescription… three weeks without meds, yet they’re charging me the monthly fee. I have called them and talked to three different people. Even called the pharmacy directly. No one helps. Now leaving on vacation without the medicine I’ve been on since October. Unacceptable!

Had an initial appointment 7 days ago and still have not received medication. According to your email, it’s not yet prepared and/or ready to ship, although hit my credit card around 2 weeks ago. I didn’t expect such a lag in service. Disappointing service.
