This is the second company that I have been with and I switched to get the into offer and they were cheaper. I wish that they had outlined the whole program so I would have known how long to take the meds at which level. I followed the last company, and it was wrong. Also, I don't know why they have to make such a mystery of when you product is shipped.

Had a very good conversation with the health care team.

Overall it went well but I had a hard time hearing her. I had to have her repeat things a couple of time until I understood the directions.

Good communication and explanation of lab work.

So far, the process has run smoothly. I needed delivery to my home scheduled to arrive after I returned from travel and that timing worked out spot on. The packaging labels and usage instructions are clear. I'm ready to get started. The discussion with my medical contact was very helpful and answered my questions fully.

The PA from the medical appointment was detailed and knowledgeable and answered all questions well. My only concern is the transparency on the website that higher doses of the drug cost $100 more and I feel that should be listed (even with an asterisk) on the webpage and not hidden in FAQs. This raises concerns about non-transparent marketing. It is noteworthy that Henry Meds is not the only company to do this.

Dr was great. Meds came quickly. Looking forward to better health.

Edit 4 days later, it seems my request to upgrade shipping so medication would arrive before I left town for 8 days was misunderstood , the entire situation and reason for our phone call and emails hadn't been acknowledged in 2 emails, to be sure I understood the situation, this was my reason to call Henry meds Tuesday morning. I would've liked at least an acknowledgment today that she didn't understand my request 4 days ago, or was not able to fulfill the request to let me pay to upgrade shipping to next day air, I was told "no you don't have to pay more" . I was directed to contact ups, who obviously can't help. It would've been appropriate to admit "we've been unable to get the prescription out to you in time" no huge deal, but it seems odd for a company selling medicine. Original review - Trisha J. I'm a first time customer, called to see if order would arrive before I would be away from home for a week, really my own fault...but she said she'd contact the correct department and email me. Her email followed quickly and told me she'd made arrangements and would follow the situation and email me further. I was impreased! Thank you!
