Update: Now 15 days past my renewal being issued. No timeline for fiing the order. 6 days since I put in a transfer request after took my own time to find a pharmacy that can fill the prescription. Not only is the prescription not transferred, but Henrymeds won't even give me a timeline. They also wont tell me which pharmacy they sent the prescription to, which would allow me to just call and put in the transfer request myself. They also responded to this post asking for more information 4 days ago, and never followed up. Effects are getting worse every day from withdrawing from TRT. Original post: I am 12 days past my TRT prescription renewal being issued and still dont even have so much as a timeframe for when I can get my medication. After multiple inquiries I was told the pharmacy Henry was using doesnt' serve Washington anymore and that they were finding another pharmacy. After multiple more days and multiple more messages Henrymeds still couldn't give so much as a timeframe for getting the prescription to a new pharmacy. Eventually I took it upon myself to find a pharmacy that could fill the prescription, and requested a transfer. Henrymeds told me they could transfer the prescription. After multiple additonal days and messages, no transfer, i dont even have a timeframe for a transfer. I have missed 3 biweekly TRT injections as a result of these delays and am on track to miss a fourth. I am writing this review out of pure desperation at this point to get someone at Henrymeds to get my transfer handled, as I am experiencing significant physical side effects.

I never completed the online subscription or moved forward with them and yet, they billed me. As my accountant views my statements, I did not know I was being charged. The emails they sent for one month asking me to complete my form came in the name of Colin and Maciej C, not henrymeds.com. What a CON of a business model. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS VENDOR. HORRIBLE BUSINESS ETHICS!!!

Had my appointment last Thursday June 10 as of today I have received nothing. You gave my money and I have nothing

I’ve been waiting for my prescription to be filled since the 12th of this month I have a lapse in treatment because not only is this taking forever but the provider I had cancelled my appointment one hour prior to it happening and they have done nothing to rectify it

I have been over charged for my meds I had my NP meeting I have not received my meds I have already been charged for my second meds & have not received my first meds Communication has been limited

I’m being scammed by these people. Cannot recommend not engaging with them enough. They lied to me about costs, charged me twice and I have not received product or anything from them in a while.

I had a terrible experience with this company’s customer service. I was prescribed a specific dosage, but their prescription didn’t reflect it correctly — which caused my medication to run out early. I flagged the issue before it became a problem, yet they took no action. As a result, I went without medication for 10 days, which seriously affected my mental and physical well-being. Despite this, they told me to wait another 10 days for a resolution. Meanwhile, of course, they had no issue processing the monthly payment. I’ve since switched to a more reliable provider. I do not recommend this service to anyone who values their health or timely care. In short, Their core responsibility is to ensure hormone stability — and they completely failed to do that.
