Beginner to the program
My provider very satisfactory in reviewing my info and suggesting changes for improved results. She seems very knowledgeable and easy to work with. The 2 month supply is a little inconvenient in that any changes will only occur that often. I.e. I’ve been on the program for 6 weeks and lost no weight. But I understand caution in starting the program to make sure the dieter is has no bad side effects.
