The company has streamlined much of the process and communications are swift. However, I selected Henry because oral TRT was offered. I went through the entire process, and paid all the money upfront, only to be told they can’t get send Kyzatrex to my state. This was not disclosed on the website before purchasing the service. I inquired about using an alternative pharmacy to get this only to be told no, despite Kyzatrex not being a compounded drug. Indeed a frustrating situation to be in.

I ran out of medication and missed a shot. I also wasn’t given a choice to do an at home blood test or in lab. My latest bottle of medication has me feeling worse. My sleep has been bad, I have been fatigued and gaining weight etc. I just signed on to raise this issue. Maybe it is my dose, I don’t know. At first I felt great, the last month not at all. Thanks!

My PA was amazing, knowledgeable and offered great solutions. Unfortunately Henry Meds won’t deliver more than one month at a time of TRT cream to CA. This means I have to deal with is the shipment coming or not every month. Not a good way to handle business, IMO. They say CA regulations only allow one month at a time. This is 100% false. I found at least three tele health providers that will ship 3 or even 4 months supply at a time. Too bad for Henry Meds. I like the communication and my provider! My last shipment arrived the day I was scheduled to start a new month. This meant I had nothing to take that day.

Just haven't received meds yet. 1st e-mail said I could wait till I received the meds before completing review. That is what I was going to do :)

Disappointed that I’m not able to renew the compounded GLP medication to reach my goal of losing 7 additional pounds. I will be starting the oral and I hope it works as good.

I felt like the nurses weren’t that friendly or listened to why I wanted to be back on the meds they just wanted to know if I was ok with a lower dose and didn’t explain why.

Well I signed up for a program and they end up taking $197 and they were only supposed to take $147
