Took their compounded medication for 4 months and did not experience any weight loss, no appetite suppression. Pros - straight forward billing, no hidden fees, easy to cancel, shipping was done quickly Cons - Consultations are very transactional, drug was not effective (for me), $1100 dollars and no weight loss, perhaps their compounding uses very little of the active ingredient, chat/messaging on the platform did not work.

These guys are always forgetting something or disappointing me somehow.. today I had to remind them I had my appointment 2 weeks ago & just took the last of my meds & they haven't even started processing my order yet.. you definitely have to keep track of everything yourself or they will let you run out & can you imagine how mad it makes me to make a appointment for quest 2 weeks away, fast for 12 hours, leave the house early & get to work late only for quest to say theses people never sent a lab order... happened 2 me twice.. only reason I haven't left a bad review before is i was worried about retaliation, and the only reason they're getting 2 stars is the doctors are nice.

Service seems to wait until the last minute to ship you your testosterone. They do not seemed concerned if you run out and their service center won't provide any help. I run out on the 5th of Dec and my order ships at earliest the 2nd of December with no timeline explanation. Seems careless to do this after Black Friday and during the holidays. I would avoid the service.

Subscribed to GLP-1 meds that had no effect. I lost 0 weight in 6 months with no reduced appetite or cravings as when I did when I took the medication before. Think I was getting placebos, diluted or weak medication. They kept charging me for the full year saying I signed a commitment even though their medication was ineffective and I feel bogus and selling junk because having taking the meds before I know how it made me felt and this did absolutely nothing could not cancel their fake medications.

I was going to attend this clinic, but when they wouldn’t let me continue the initial process until I said what pronouns I go by, I knew then they weren’t for me, I’ll find another clinic.

I find it a little ridiculous that a company wants you to review them before you actually receive their full service. Yes the doctor was professional. Took blood test found out my levels were low (2weeks later?)and that I be getting a 3 month supply. But id like to hear from someone in billing bc the reason why I went to Henrymed was bc it was on a per month basis.i have tried to reach a live person to no avail and if its gonna be like this I would explore other companies.

Poor service. Too many calls and appointments to fix their bad service.

I have no meds again, you keep taking my money and don't get things out. Not cool, you tell me to keep my T levels level. I had to go get needles and suck out the last bit of an empty bottle last week and here I am again..... and get rid of your online AI support, it does nothing but run you around. PS the T therapy has changed my life
