Not only did they raise their prices but now in order to get a multi-month plan they are requiring you to pay it all up front first! It’s either that or month-to-month for $300/month!! It now goes from month-to-month straight to 6 months & then 12 months! Since there’s plenty of competition out there now, you would think that they would make it more appealing for you. Too much money now…I’m so disappointed.

Unsympathetic, poor customer service, generic hr answers, lack of communication.

Terrible customer service, started me to low on trt that made me feel terrible. Refused to listen to me and tried to reduce it to nothing even tho my levels were very low. Would not reply to my emails when I had a problem. The worst, the absolute worst.

Two months of pain (some debilitating). A month of me telling them over and over, through 5+ support tickets that were mostly ignored. A canceled appointment. A no-show appointment. Had a support ticket call, and they told me to stop taking the meds immediately and that I needed to see a doctor. Then, as a follow-up, they booked a call which was never formally scheduled. And when I was finally put on a call with a nurse practitioner after two weeks of waiting, she had zero record of any of it and thought we were there for a routine weight-loss check-in. Patients in real pain deserve to be heard. I wasn’t — I was processed. I’m canceling at their direction, and I won’t be back. Don’t rely on Henry Meds if your health isn’t "routine".

What used to be a great company to deal with as turned into a circus They automatically bill your credit card Then you have to argue for a refund I would highly suggest not wasting your time or money with this company There’s far better managed companies out there for your health needs

This company has a toxic situation. They want you to have an appointment but then you find out you cant see the providers because they are waiting for new ones to on board. No consistency, overcharged, after a month of no response got a long blanket email with no actual assistance. There are better companies. Do not sign up, cancel immediately!!!!!

Was great at first… for the last three months I have been chasing the prescription I signed up for that was supposed to cover a two month period. I have called non stop and emailed for two months and the response I got was told that the base was for an amount that is essentially the trial amount and the fact that my body doesn’t work off of the baseline number that it’s essentially my own fault, even though the provider wrote the prescription for the amount that I am trying to get. Total scam don’t do it.

Had an appointment with a provider 7am today and she didn't bother to show up! Wasted my time! This is not the first terrible experience I had with these people
