Easy to set up apt, but was charged right then, days before my apt is scheduled.

Beware. I was expressly told I qualified so I paid them only to be told, a week later, that I didn’t qualify after a 90 second-ish video call from a FNP. I have been prescribed this medication previously, my current Doctor too is willing to prescribe me phentermine.. But Henry’s was cheaper so I took a chance and got burned. Had to take off work for the 90 sec call and pay $150(ish) for nothing. Here’s hoping I actually get the full refund they promised me of course the lost time at work is just lost. If I get the refund I will update this review. Fingers crossed I just lose the day of work. UPDATE: I was fully refunded. Maybe it was just bad luck?

While Im Grateful to have had access to GLP-1 medication there are 4 reasons I have decided to end our relationship. 1. The doctors I met with kept trying to encourage me to get off the medication…even before I had met a healthy weight for me. They strictly only wanted to go on BMI, which does not give the full picture of my health. 2. I don’t believe I was getting a full dose. This led me to be stalled at a weight that was 10lbs above my healthy weight. The doctor argued that it was full dose and I didn’t need to be on the meds anymore. In all the research I’ve done these are life long meds and I’m fine staying on them long term. But she kept trying to argue that I needed to go off them or taper down. 3.There was zero clear communication from the pharmacy. No follow up emails or tracking. This is medication that requires care because of the heat. I was out of town when my last shipment arrived so the box sat outside for 3 days. So I don’t think it’s shelf stable and I don’t want to take a chance injecting something that could have spoiled. 4. The pricing (while cheap) is not clear. It’s not clear about dosing and pricing and when you’re going to be getting your next dose. I’m no longer willing to sacrifice quality of care and medication for price. I have found another provider locally to manage my health needs. Yes, it’s more expensive but it’s worth it. I like what you’re doing at Henry meds with trying to offer GLP-1 meds for convenience and pricing, but I found the platform, process, and doctor to be substandard….especially with injecting something into my body.

1. They take your money right away and set you up for a monthly charge, but it takes a month to even talk to someone. 2. After I got my first script filled, the refill is nowhere to be found and I've been out of medication for over a week. I've inquired multiple times on the status and get canned responses. Pretty sure I'm still going to get a charge on my credit card like clockwork next week though.

My appointment was on 8/11/23 my prescription was pending for 5 days today Status Submitted 5-8 business days took 15 days my dr was awesome

I feel badly leaving a negative review because everyone I dealt with at henrymeds is very friendly and helpful, however I have serious doubts about the semaglutide they provide. I have been on it for three months now and have not noticed any side effects whatsoever, and no weight loss. Given there's no regulation of compound semaglutide, they could be selling sugar water for all I know. I was so hopeful this would help me lose the extra pounds but I've spent a lot of money and have nothing to show for it. I'm so disappointed. Great customer service but useless product.

I, like a few of you, signed up in March and was charged immediately. Had my provider visit on April 4th. Still waiting for my order. I have been in touch with customer service frequently and they have been extremely nice and patient. I do think they are experiencing delays, but I think they could provide a little more information. I’m told my order is “processing” and I should receive my UPS tracking number soon, but another day has come and gone with no tracking information. I’m getting very discouraged. I’ve seen several people who have had zero issues and no delays so I’m not sure what the current problem is.

Now I have 2 different stories from HenryMeds 1. They have my form I filled out for refill and they said “provided will look at it and just refill it or contact me for any other questions” 2. Read the the response below it’s a software issue with their pharmacy so that fills these prescription. First time it has been great. but trying to get a refill is a joke. I received a questionaire, filled it out and went into space. I called and all I recieved was an email that I called emailed again and nothing.. I am out of my prescription and have paid for 4 months but only received 3 months.. I am looking for another provider.
