Thank you for your review. Anyone that leaves a message for client support will receive a return call, even if they are too busy to answer the initial call. And we are hiring client support representatives and training them as quickly as possible.

I asked the PA who I spoke with if my delivery could be delayed until after 4 January because he said that it will take 5 - 7 days to arrive and I told him I would be out-of-town for 2 weeks. I wanted the meds to be here a few days after I got back from vacation. I don't see that it has been shipped yet and I can't establish an account. I sent and email stating that I was having an issue with establishing an account and have not heard anything yet and that has been close to 3 weeks. I have tried the forgot password solution to no avail. Your system simply will not send me a reset password email. At this point, I am very dissatisfied.

I WANT to talk (remember that's where we use our voices) to a customer service person. I left 4 messages with my "coach" to please have someone call me - nothing....she did respond stating it would take days....

As long as everything goes smoothly no problem. The minute there are issues good luck because the only thing they do consistently is take your payment. I switched from phetermine to TRT, the testosterone came and used accordingly. Two weeks two injections no problem, then the third had issues drawing the med to inject. After many many emails and several calls I finally got resolution. 12/2 was my first contact to henry, I finally got a resolution 12/22 but they surely took payment out on schedule. Well got new bottle last week and its same issues. I'm not going back and forth. There Customer Service is horrible, on hold every call for 5mins only to have to leave VM, email response time is 24-48hrs. Not dealing with it. 100s of companies offering same products.
