Take your money and don't deliver
I had an appt on June 13th. I was approved for meds and was told it would be 8-10 days until I received them. It has been 12 days and the meds haven't even been shipped. I sent an email and called them. I was told it would be shipped immediately. 2 days later still shows processing. Zero response to my email. Ive already paid for everything. I will update if anything changes but right now I am not happy at all with this company or their service or lack thereof. Update: 6 days post review and even though their reply says someone would reach out to me. No one did. I'm canceling and putting a fraud alert on my card and disputing the charge. Will be reporting to the BBB as well.

They won't give me a refund.And it's…
They won't give me a refund.And it's messed up because I showed the information on the fact that it was delivered to the wrong house and they still won't give me a refund

I was sent pills that are suppose to be…
I was sent pills that are suppose to be phentermine from the pharmacy you work with and the pills have no imprint on either side. The FDA requires that controlled substances are clearly identifiable and these are obviously not. I have been waiting for a real response but I’m getting more frustrated every day this goes on. Consumers need to know what is being sent to them, what they are taking and what they are paying for. It’s starting to look like a big scam.

Thank you for your review. Henry Meds offers access to compounded medications, which are made in State Board of Pharmacy licensed 503(a) Compounding Pharmacies, or 503(b) Outsourcing Facilities. All Henry Meds patients are encouraged to schedule a follow up appointment with their clinician (included in the subscription cost) to discuss any issues.

Turn around time is too long
It has been 14 days and my prescription has not been filled nor shipped. I contacted support 2 times and they said they contacted the pbarmacy but it still has not been shipped and says in process. Turn around time is too long and I’ll be asking for my money back.

I'm now on the oral dose 6mg
I'm now on the oral dose 6mg, have been paying for this for three months and taking it as prescribed. I play tennis twice a week, walk two miles a couple times a week and do yoga. Im eating more healthy with less carbs more protein. I've lost 1.3 pounds. That is all, about as much as if I was taking a water pill.

I called Henry Med and talk to someone…
I called Henry Med and talk to someone that said I would be contacted about an issue I was having and also submitted two messages and have yet to hear back. I guess once you sign up and they get your money your on your own.
