The provider Joleen was excellent. I feel like had a better experience managing my hunger with Options compounded semaglutide but the cost became too prohibitive so switched to Henry meds. I don’t believe Henry meds compounded Semaglutide works for me for me effectively. Also experiencing significant neuropathy of my trunk and hips since starting this company’s semaglutide.

There pricing is deceptive. They quote you a price for a monthly prescription but you never know how much you will actually get for your money as some they send it supposed to last 2 months or more and if you run out then ur just going to be paying for nothing until ur prescription renews. Been charged 3x for 1 bottle that lasted almost 2 months so 1500 for 6ml. Crazy high prices compared to just buying the medication out right.

My initial appointment was rescheduled provider out, rescheduled for week out. I waited online for provider for 17 min the initial email that was sent to me said to log in 15 min before. Appointment went smooth she answered all my questions she told me that she was going to send order in and that I'd be getting an email from pharmacy, never received anything logged onto my account nothing shows up under my prescription tab. Sent email asking for update and all I get was a link to UPS to track my order. I called customer service she said she didn't see anything that she'd have to send a message and call me back and still waiting for call back. this is kind of a bummer after reading all the good reviews.

Update: My account has now been updated to reflect that the prescription has been located. It is not at the pharmacy, yet. Intake appointment was great, although it was 15 minutes late. The problem is: I have emailed and called twice because my account is showing no prescription. The two times I have called, they have been unable to find my prescription or any record of it. Both times, I was told they would contact me, first by email. I have recieved no email. On the second call, I was told I would be contacted by phone, no phone call. For a company that was so quick to take my money, I have recieved no results. I am very disappointed and am on the verge of asking for a refund if something isn't done soon.

I had my initial visit on December 28,2024. The NP was great, explained everything and I was very excited to start. It is now January 18, 2024. I have received no medications. I have sent multiple email messages and have had no response. I have called, and sat on hold, with customer service 3 times, and have not received any tangible information as to 1. Why my medication has not even left the pharmacy; and 2. When I will actually receive the medication. This has been very frustrating. I really want to use Henry Meds, but they currently have my money, but I have no medication. Update: I have received a notification from FeeEx that they have the package and it is set for delivery tomorrow. Fingers crossed!

The initial intake and sales process was super easy. I started my Trt therapy without a hitch. However when it came time for refills, it was impossible to coordinate. At the preliminary meeting the doctor made it very clear that missing doses can cause hormonal imbalances and major heath risks. Now I'm in that exact situation solely due to Henry Meds corporate cluster duck. Very hard to contact any body with any real knowledge or authority to make things happen. If you're considering starting Trt, I would highly recommend finding another company

The PA who met with me via video could not have been less interested in me or my health. She rapidly read off a script, didn’t look at me, and seemed annoyed with my questions. I got no notice that my script was shipped, and the online portal didn’t indicate that it had been shipped either. I’m glad someone happened to be home to accept the package and immediately refrigerate it.

The provider was judgmental and seemingly uneducated on the disease of obesity. She said these meds should only be used for diabetics and seemed to have a moral objection to prescribing them for weight management. She said this medication is not meant to be taken once a healthy weight has been reached, even though obesity is known to be a chronic, relapsing, remitting disease. She said that once I reached a healthy weight, I would have to come off and if I gained weight, implied that it would be my fault for not continuing the diet and exercise. She also conflated appetite with food noise, and those two things are very different. A person can be full past the feeling of satiety and still have a compulsion to eat - that is what the medicine helps me with. I still have an appetite and can eat a healthy amount (1800 calories no problem) but it just makes the compulsive behavior stop. I’m so glad she doesn’t have to deal with the exhausting, life long, stressful symptoms of obesity and can have a normal relationship with food, but for those of us that need help, this medicine is a godsend and it would be great if the very people prescribing by them to us wouldn’t make us feel shameful for seeking medical help for a medical problem. I left feeling like she probably has this job with Henry Meds as a side gig to make some extra cash even though she does not feel right about prescribing the medication. I would seriously consider re-training and educating her
