On April 10, 2025 I had an evaluation performed by Asia Scaife to determine which medication was suited for my needs. The evaluation went smooth and was mostly professional, so I gave her a five star. The need arose to ask her a few more questions two months later so I scheduled another video chat. To my surprise I then met Ms. Scaife's Mr. Hyde side. She was totally different. She was hasty, rude and would not allow me to say a word. Once she made video contact with me, she blew me off by saying she must have linked up with the wrong Michael Cummings from the waiting room. She then terminated my video chat. I had waited a week for the chat in order to ask questions about restarting the medication. HER performance made it clear that this was the wrong company for me and they obviously did not want my business. She is the main reason I did not go back to use Henry Meds. I had since complained about this experience; but as yet have not received any explanation as to her performance. I decided to move on and now I am using another more friendly pharmacy.

The consult with the nurse was great but it's AFTER the meds go to the pharmacy to get filled that becomes a problem. There are illegals that work at Empower Pharmacy.so shipments are always delayed by WEEKS! When you try to call to see where your prescription is, you can barely understand them and they even hang up on you because they don't know the answers. I actually know 2 people that used to work at Empower Pharmacy and they both confirmed illegals are hired! Explains EVERYTHING! Will never ever deal with Henry Meds again!

Thank you for your review. Henry Meds works with a variety of pharmacies depending on the medication prescribed, the state, the backlog at the pharmacy, and the provider. You can always ask your provider during your consult if you have a specific pharmacy you’d like to use or not use.

Been 2 weeks and I haven’t received my prescription yet. Every time I call they say they are expediting my order but still nothing.

I am frustrated as I had initial visit, then labs . And then it took two weeks to get a follow up appointment to review results. I was told I need to start a medication and should be mailed in 2-3 days. It has been a full seven days and even though my prescription was sent on day of my appointment, it has not yet been sent.
