Very efficient

Henry Meds is one of roughly 1,600 telehealth services operating in the U.S. today. When you narrow that landscape specifically to platforms that prescribe prescription weight-loss medications, that field becomes much smaller — realistically 20 to 50 platforms, not hundreds. Like any growing space, all of these platforms have their pluses and benefits, and there are always issues here and there across the industry. No platform is perfect. What I appreciate about Henry Meds, and what truly sets them above and beyond, isn’t just the platform or pricing — it’s the people. Henry Meds is a very good platform, but what makes it exceptional is the quality of its providers and team. On the medical side, Jake Swanson has been exceptional, and Kelly Jernigan has been exceptional. Their professionalism, clarity, and genuine care make a real difference. On the billing side, Nicole B has also been exceptional — responsive, clear, and solution-oriented in a space where billing is often the weakest link. In an industry where technology is easy to replicate, people are not. That’s where Henry Meds stands out — not just as another telehealth option, but as a team that shows up, communicates, and treats patients like people.

I started a oral TRT with another provider and although it made a difference and I felt great my HCT level were out of control, so I decided to switch to a injectable, from reading different articles of research it offers more control. I reached out to Henry to make that change. It was a bit of a challenge in the beginning scheduling a blood screen was tricky with my heavy work schedule. I got it done finally. The first thing Henry's team noticed is my HCT was through the roof, and they help me through that process of lowering that number,everything has leveled out. I think what you should understand is they care enough to insure your wellbeing first, it is important you understand if the provider is not asking good questions, not reviewing the blood work with you, your not with the right people, testosterone has alot of benefits as you age, but like anything it has potential risks. Pam was very informative about the changes that the FDA made in spring of 2025. Since those changes I can no longer receive tirzepatide. She explained all the changes and options and helped work thru the best option for me. It can be confusing but she took her time and we have a new plan.
