I love the clinicians I've interacted with. They are respectful, pleasant, and helpful. It's also super easy and quick to get refills. For some reason, I've been required to have a face-to-face video visit for every refill, even though they haven't been clinically necessary. Only a minor complaint because they're easy to schedule with plenty of flexible options. My only significant complaint is how many emails they send.

I have had my first video conference with Henry Meds and I have not started my meds. The PA I spoke to was very friendly and informative, and I felt that the company is genuinely concerned about my weight loss issues. I haven't started taking the medication yet, so I'm holding back the 5-star review. I am excited about working with them to lose my unwanted pounds!
