Thank you for your review. As with any clinician visit, the provider exercises their medical training and experience to weigh the intended benefits of a medication with potential for side effects. The reason for the three stars is that the PA that I met within was going to include Zofran to offset possible nausea. I did indeed become nauseated and the zofran was not available. Better follow through please.

The pharmacy sends the medication via UPS / FedEx / USPS, please check your email for an email from one of the above shippers as it is often filtered to spam. We do not send them automatically as we are not the originating shipper and don’t have that capability. Delayed medication Getting started was simple from setting up the appt to getting connected to the provider. Although, I tried to change my appt and didn't know how to do it. I went with Henry Meds because I heard of the great response time and quick turn around with Meds. I had the appt on 12/26 and today is 1/4 and have not received the meds. I understand New years happened during that time and some individuals may have been off, but I also have not received and update. Nothing in my e-mail and nothing in my Henry Meds acct. I'm starting to think I made a mistake..

The initial consultation was simple, fast, and convenient. However, the length of time it takes to receive your meds is usually long. If that could be expedited more, that would be helpful.
