The intake process was seamless and my Telehealth appointment went very smoothly. I had a very nice individual for my appointment who explained the whole process and took the time to go over any questions I had. I have not received my medication yet, but the patient portal has a section that lets me know what stage the prescription is in so I will be alerted to when it is sent out. So far, a really good experience.

I think my overall experience with Henry meds was pretty good. Your website is a little funky when a user doesn't have any appointments or prescriptions. It just keeps looping them through a bunch of checkpoints. Your synchronization with quest Labs was a little off with my particular experience. Quest lost my lab work for some reason and I had to send over the documentation myself. My interactions with the help desk team were great and the nurse practitioner.
