Session was surprisingly canceled
Meeting was canceled due to not filling out the intake form. The form comes from private individuals and due to that it went into my junk mail. Rather than just blatantly cancel the session I should have received a call or they should have you fill out form prior to scheduling. But thanks to Alex he saved the day. Alex was extremely helpful and friendly and I was upset about the cancellation but he fixed all and calmed me down. Great asset.

Quick and easy to sign up. Very slow to deliver.
Getting the doctors appointment, and the prescription written was quick and easy. However, it has been over two weeks and my prescription is still “processing” and hasn’t even been shipped yet.

Easy but not fast; wonderful providers.
My provider was wonderful. She took a concise history and a proper interview. She was very nice and explained everything to me thoroughly. Unfortunately, I have not received my medication as my provider has not signed off on it yet. It has been nine days since the video visit. I’m very grateful that GLP-1’s are available in compounded form. My doctor would not prescribe this medication for me. Henry Meds seems like a really wonderful company and they truly care for your well being.

The telamed appointment was awesome.
The telamed appointment was awesome.. the provider was great... she definitely knew her stuff and made me feel very comfortable with the product... My appointment was on 1/10 and i was told the prescription would be arriving in 5 - 7 days. as of today (day 7) it is not yet arrived... if the prescription arrives in the next day or so i will give the process so far a 5 out of 5 stars.

Definitely concerned.....
My appointment with my provider was simple and smooth. She was very friendly, helpful & knowledgeable. We ended the call with her telling me the first shipment will arrive between 5-8 business days. This is now day 16 and still no meds. I reached out via email and received a response that there was a processing error on their end so they will handle it immediately and expedite my order. Now 4 days after that, still no changes with my "submitted to pharmacy for processing" status. I emailed again and now am being told the pharmacy they are using is closed until further notice due to weather. This is not a comforting feeling at all considering I've already paid for the first month almost a month ago now. Maybe choose a different pharmacy that's actually open??? I'm definitely getting concerned with the validity of this program.

Thank you for the review. At this time, many compounding pharmacies are having their operations interrupted by the severe weather in the eastern US. We sincerely apologize to anyone affected. We know that the number one request from our clients is their desire to get started asap!

The provider was great, not sure about meds
The provider I met with was amazing, helpful, and I received the medication quickly. However, 5 days in and it doesn't appear that the medication is working, and I don't believe it is possible to follow up with the provider until after 8 weeks???

Thank you for your review. All Henry Meds clients are encouraged to schedule a follow up appointment with their clinician (included in the subscription cost) to discuss any issues. We do offer many other treatments, so in the event that clients don't respond to a given treatment, the providers always work to find alternatives that may be more effective.
