My first vial of compound semaglutide was great and worked the way it should have. My second vial was ineffective; I may as well have been injecting myself with sugar water. I have taken three doses over the course of three weeks. I had to pull my credit card off the website to stop getting charged for a garbage vial. Staff insisted I was incorrect, but I know. I'm the one injecting myself and I am very, very used to self-injecting. I will send my vial to a lab for testing. ** edited based on reply** I was informed by a rep at Henry Meds that they switched pharmacies to healthwarehouse.com. I received a vial that was borderline hot. I was told that it would be fine to use. I used it for three consecutive weeks, and it is ineffective garbage. I called and emailed. Finally, yanked off my credit cards. I will use a different company and HIGHLY recommend that others consider the same. In the meantime, I will send my vial out for testing then Henry can refund me every cent for that bottle of junk. It's not a question of results, or lack thereof, it's being shipped inferior junk selected by your Director of Pharmacology. Your abysmal ratings on the BBB precede you.

I still haven’t gotten my meds. It interesting that you responded to that but yet sent out the meds within an hour.

I had my appt 9 days ago and my order is still processing with no expected ship date

i was told that cvs was faxed my medication but they haven’t received a faxed rx i think k im being scammed by Henry meds

No No No No No! Horrible idea. They will prescribe you the wrong medications and doseage - you will never talk to the same person.

Medication arrived warm and obviously improperly refrigerated. They customer service tried to gaslight me and tell me I was mistaken. Then when I asked them to send me medication that was safe to use they informed me I would have to pay for it. I’m reporting Henry meds to the state medical board.

Hate to say it, but I’d give them zero stars if I could. Promised me a timely transition from my other provider, so I cancelled. It took 3 weeks to get the initial appt- when it happened, the physician was 2 hours late with no notice. Then after getting my labs, there are ZERO appointments available to get to the next step. They are so u organized and I feel totally ripped off- the worst part is that now I don’t have a provider and have lost 6 weeks because of their BS

Updated-now almost 3 weeks and STILL NO MEDICATION. They have promised to expedite in two days, three times now to no avail. Below on my review they said they will reach out -and shocker-they haven’t. Do not trust anything this company says. My meds are Still processing. Older review: Sadly STILL waiting over a week and the medication is now processing, not shipped. They were supposed to send a prescription to my pharmacy and failed to do so, so I agreed to have them shipped. After 8 days still not change-they are processing only. Yes I have called, promises with no delivery. Wish I chose a different provider. Seems like a waste of time and money.
