I want to make sure I get the…
I want to make sure I get the medication timely- I was told 8-10 days, but I am seeing on Facebook that some customers are waiting 11-16 days without meds. I need to start within the promised time frame because of travel and work. Thank you.

Thank you for your review. Care coordination can always offer a status update, (909) 787-2342 or [email protected]. It is also standard practice for us to adjust billing dates for the subscription as needed if there are delays in clients receiving their medication.

I have been waiting two weeks (since Md appointment) for meds. I call and email and all they say is it is coming. I want to give 5 stars but I am getting nowhere.

There is no update in your profile…
There is no update in your profile letting you know when product shipped. I’ve had the product for over a month and my profile still says “submitted” I did better on the brand, not sure why the dose we get is also filled with Vit B which takes away from the amount of actual medication we inject.

Thank you for your review. Henry Meds is still a start up stage company, and while it's nice that we finally offer a client portal, it's still being worked on to accurately reflect where the medication is in the pipeline. Please note that the addition of vitamin B12 by some of the compounding pharmacies we utilize does not diminish the amount of the active ingredient in every dose.

The intake form asks about type 1…
The intake form asks about type 1 diabetes. If that is checked off, it should instantly deny my request to avoid wasting my time and the prescribers time

Like to visit kind of messed up that is cost me an extra 100 I can see maybe 50 to go to 2mg mix 1mg will do the same thing it just takes longer to get there

I didn’t like the fact that the cheaper…
I didn’t like the fact that the cheaper medication was Phen Phen in pill form which I didn’t realize reading the website. I thought it was an oral Semaglutide. The doctor I talked to did signe me up for the oral Semaglutide which does cost quite a bit more. I’m willing to try it. The doctor was well educated and pleasant. That part was a thumbs up but pricing is a little confusing

Easy to get appointment, charged right away, but medication not shipped as promised and no date yet!
Easy to navigate website and sign up. Transparent information on everything. Easy to schedule appointment, excellent provider. Fair pricing. Update 2/9/24: I am taking two stars off because the delivery promise wasn’t kept, and since I had to go on a business trip I will miss a whole month of doses. The visit was on 1/24 and my departure on 2/5. Before leaving, I talked to a support person on the phone and also emailed support, requesting status - no response! After arriving at my destination, I decided to take my review from 5 stars to two stars, and send another email to Support. This time, there was a two-fold response: 1.) a very helpful agent provided a tracking number for the medication shipment and moved the next billing date back two weeks; 2.) trust pilot send me a note about Henry wanting more info or this review would be taken down. I am also adding a star back on, for three stars total. It would be 5 starts if the medication had shipped on time, and 4 stars if there had been some response to my initial calls about my predicament.

Not as fast as advertised
It turns out that the advertisement which promises GLP1 meds overnight really means one to two weeks. Shipped overnight a week or two after placing the order. And in my case, the overnight shipping with FEDEX went wrong, and is currently up to 4 days.

Thank you for the review! We take all feedback seriously, and we immediately checked with our marketing team on this review. There is no add nor post on social media where Henry Meds claims that any client will receive medication overnight. Yes, the pharmacies ship overnight, but it can take 8-10 business days (although we always aim for faster) after their intake appointments for our clients to receive their medication. Unfortunately, we are being more and more frequently confused with a competitor that is making such claims. We always aim to be as transparent as possible. Again, thank you for the review.
