The people I spoke with were nice but I did not get enough information to make informed decision and it cost me. The medication well below therapeutic dosing to even see results.

The start of process for TRT was great but since being prescribed the pharmacy has been working on order for 9 days so far. I call and didn’t make a difference. If they can’t get my first dose to me how can I trust receiving weekly doses on time?

The medicine is weak. Not working at all I'm very disappointed . I will not be using this company anymore

Misleading advice from practitioners to transition patients from compounded injections to sublingual oral tablets daily when there is no proof of efficacy for a sublingual tablet. Research online shows this method does not work and doctors/PAs are not being transparent with patients. In addition Henry charges more for tirzepetide sublingual tablets which is unethical. Their cancellation of subscription is also not transparent as they will continue to charge you as long as they believe you have medication. Subscriptions are monthly with medication included which means costs are built in and prorated monthly. Once a patient cancels that should be the end of subscription fees. However, Henry will send more than one month supply at time of refill essentially locking you into your subscription until your medication on hand is depleted because you can't cancel or return dispensed medication. This is not explained up front at sign up. Please be wary Henry does not provide any additional health programs for that membership fee. It covers your meds and a follow up telehealth appointment if Henry requires it. If not, you simply fill out a form to refill. So it is an administrative fee, basically, to coordinate prescriptions to a pharmacy. i.e. the middleman. Warning! When the FDA declared there was no longer a shortage to Wegovy, Henry Meds can no longer legally prescribe compounded semaglutide medication unless there are medical circumstances that prevent you, the patient, from using the brand medication Wegovy. If you do not agree to switch to oral compounded sublingual tablets you will be immediately discontinued from the program with no transitional/maintenance care. So they are telling people they need to switch to a method of transmission that has not been tested or proven effective like injections. This bait and switch to a placebo is for their own financial benefit than for the good of their patients. If they were an ethical company they would have education materials and assistance for transitioning to brand through your doctor or other providers so that you can continue your care interrupted. I personally am now fighting them for a refund of an oral sublingual tirzepetide subscription even though I have not received any medication. They don't believe that you're entitled to a refund even though no services or medication have been provided. Not only was I tricked into paying more, I've received nothing for that monthly charge. *Update: After this review, Henry Meds did refund me. So there was a good ending here, but everything I said is still true.

I have been lied to. I was quoted 3-5 to recieve my medicine it has now been 7 days and it still hasn't shipped.

It’s been almost 6weeks and I still have yet to lose a single lb. I’ve reduced my caloric intake, I eat 30grams of protein a day, cut out all sugars, no processed food, no carbs, according to my ketone test I’m in full blown ketosis and yet haven’t seen ny results. I’ve also been drinking at least 64oz water daily. I’ve had some great results with other companies in the first 30days but Henry Meds for me is a waste of money.

It is amazing they requested a review when they haven't bothered to deliver the medication yet. 16 days into the process and still no medication. I even had the initial blood tests available for them. It took a week to even schedule a lab through their network, another 5 days for said lab to get the results back, and now we are 4 days into the pharmacy processing the prescription, which isn't complicated. Still no ship date. Having cheaper prices mean nothing if it takes you over a month to get the customer the medication. Edit: 7/14/25 Still no shipping date.

Terrible service. I’ve been with Henry for 6 or 7 months. After several months I ran out of my TRT prescription.It was then refilled at a snails pace. I thought it was just happenstance. I then was getting low and contacted them explaining that I would run out again. Sure enough I did. Again it was refilled and with shipping I was out of prescription for nearly a week. Meanwhile they’re cashing my monthly payment. I definitely wouldn’t recommend Henrymeds.
