Extra personable!!
The PA, Ashley, was extra personable! Very engaging and made me feel quite comfortable. She didn’t ignore the issues I had with other weight loss meds, and gave me realistic information - both good and bad- on the terzepatide.

Appointment started right on time. Doctor was amazing - she listened, told us all the information on the product, answered all the questions - very knowledgable and friendly.

Amazing Client Services-Ursula, a Customer Care Rep
Recently, I had to make several changes to my subscription due to family emergencies and travel. I received excellent client services from Ursula S., not only once but every time, which is a first. Ursula is the epitome of someone who understands the value of offering true customer service. Not only has she been helpful, but she is also very knowledgeable. She is definitely an asset to the company!
