had my initial visit a week ago, have not gotten any updates on pharmacy shipping. I have reached out via chat and email with no response from Henry Meds. Of course I was charged right away. Will update if anything changes. so far, not impressed Update 08/07- have tried reaching out again to get an update on medication. I'm stuck in the chat AI and cannot get through to a human. no other way to contact? I have also tried emailing. my initial visit 07/28- 11 days ago. will give it three more days, then I will dispute the charge on my card

At first glance, everything seems professional: a sleek website, a mandatory online consult, and the promise of ongoing medical support. But it’s just a smoke screen. What you’re really signing up for is not a consultation or medication—you're signing up for an auto-renewing subscription that keeps charging you, whether or not they provide any care, follow-up, or even medication. In my case, the oral semaglutide they prescribed for 2 months had zero effect. I later found out there are active lawsuits questioning the safety and efficacy of their oral semaglutide—something I wish I had known sooner. Despite receiving nothing the 3rd month, they charged me again. When I reached out twice to request a refund, they refused—claiming I was paying for the subscription itself, not any service or medication. When I then asked them to at least send what I had paid for, they waited out the month and told me I was no longer eligible because my subscription had “expired.” I lost three months and $650. The first two months were ineffective. The last month felt like a scam. Do yourself a favor: stay far away.

I was being charged even though I wasn’t receiving the service or the product. It honestly felt like I had to complain just to finally be told, “Oh, it’s because you’re due for labs.” Meanwhile, I had already gone two months with no medication—just back and forth emails and no clear solution. I even tried to cancel part of my subscription because it was making me feel like crap, and support told me I had to talk to my provider first. Why would I keep paying for something that’s negatively affecting me? They made it a whole hassle just to stop that one extra charge. It shouldn’t be this hard. If you’re considering Henry Meds, be careful. Watch your billing closely and don’t expect customer support to be helpful.

My prescription arrived HOT and the ice packs were completely melted. Very unhappy.

I was recently prescribed 1MG tablet of Semaglutide. It is not working for me at all! In fact, my appetite is increased and I crave sugary food like I never have before. I told the Dr. that I wanted the injectable, but for some reason she prescribed what I feel is a placebo. Please let me know how you would like to handle this. It took 4 tries to accept my Visa FSA card. Pls try to update your payment system to accept FSA cards. Those are guaranteed funds. They review everything, if it does not fit, they (FSA cards operators) lets the patient know to pay back.

It seems Henry meds did not care that I was out of medication and needed a refill. They still took their time booking an appointment. When I did get an appointment. It was still a week out. I decided to cancel my subscription after weeks of back and forth. Never received my meds and also was refused a refund. I will never recommend Henry Meds to anyone.
