I have been a customer of Henry’s Meds over over a year. At first things went well but then I switched to the oral GLP-1 which did not work at all. All I did was think about food. I had appointment on 3 Jun to switch back to the injection. On 3 Jun and I was told I would b getting my meds within 2-3 days, a week at the most. It is now 11 days and I haven’t even received a tracking # and I have no meds but was charged the $297.

This used to be a great company. Of late customer service is horrible. I think its being outsourced offshore. Responses are repeats of my questions without resolution. They are late to order or review lab results, either they over fill Rx's or run behind and i run out. Totally inconsistent. I'll be researching and switching providers ASAP. I recently asked for a copy of my routine blood work for my General Practitioner and health file. Customer service emailed me back to ask me to email the request. To the SAME email he was emailing me from! Complete nonsense. Very frustrated with this pattern of service.

Frustrated Customer! I have been a Henry Meds customer for 6 months and I am disappointed in the big gap of time in terms of PA phone visits and receiving the medication after payment in full each month. I was asking for a refill with increased dosage as approved by the PA. I was charged an extra $100 for this and no medications arrived. I called Henry Meds and the person I spoke to said “ I can see the dosage increase as approved by the PA and confirmation you were billed but I can also see the pharmacy never sent your medication. When asked why Henry Meds did not reach out to me as to the delay I was told, “The pharmacy should have sent you confirmation.” I asked if they can speak to the pharmacy — since pharmacy delivery confirmation is erratic. The rep said she will escalate the problem but that they do not interact with the pharmacy. It seems to me that “ The right hand does not know what the left hand is doing” and that Henry Meds needs to hire someone to check orders that are sitting there “ in limbo” after payment in full.

The first call with NP Tammy was helpful and easy. Since then there has been a 3 week delay in getting the oral medicine Tirzepitide. I feel disappointed and want to get started. Connie of Epiq Pharmacy, gave great customer service in trying to resolve the problem. Still waiting.

The process was easy to complete but waiting 8 to 10 business days to receive medication is lengthy.

It was easy to schedule an appointment but once I logged in I waited over an hour and was not able to speak to a provider on the day of the appointment. I called costumer support and got a new appointment set up. The doctor was very nice and helpful.

Getting an appointment was painful. Mad appointment but was cancelled after I waited 45 min for the provider to sigh on due to a blurry ID. They could have signed on and asked to see my ID Obviously they could tell it was me with the correct ID. I had to resubmit the ID photo and get rescheduled. This time they scheduled me with the wrong provider and again I waited 45 min for the provider to sign on. Had to reschedule a 3rd time finally got a provider A. Trainer was great. But still don't have my meds

I don’t like that you charge credit card before appt and that you have no way to track the meds!!!!
