I got an appointment very quickly, and the PA I met with online was very knowledgeable, clear, experienced and gave me all the information I needed. I felt "heard" and taken care of. The meds arrived in 48 hours! I was confused about the amount I'd received and dosing, so emailed with my questions. All my questions were answered quickly and in a professional and friendly manner. I was even sent an easy to read diagram explaining mg vs ml vs units. It took a little effort on my part, but over all a very good experience!
