No lab requests. I had to contact them to tell Henry meds I ran out of meds. Will be without meds for 3 weeks. How much will they credit. What effect of on and off meds This is the second time. ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆ Just received email and call stating the Dr. I Spoke to could not write the prescription. I have to now talk to someone else. Another delay!!!!!!

I took the oral semaglutide for about 1.5 months and didn’t notice any decrease in appetite. My doctor warned me that this company is not very reputable and that they might not actually be providing semaglutide like they say. I am disappointed to have wasted hundreds of dollars on this. Cancelling was easy and immediate, so I will give 2/5 stars.

The initial process was great. However, my Doctor told me that I would be sent an email for a 10 day follow up appointment. The email never came. I set up another of which I was told by a new doctor that I did not need such an appointment. Everything says that if you have a refill it will automatically be shipped to you. This did not happen. When I contacted customer support they said they would expodite the order. It has been 4 days and the persciption has not even been refilled or sent in the mail. My payment was processed in full 8 days ago. The company has not offered me an solution beyond checking to where the script is in the process which can be easily done in the patient portal.

Sign up and getting your bloodwork done for treatment is pretty easy and straightforward. Initial appointment with a NP was scheduled through their portal and confirmed several times via email and text. Provider no showed for my appointment and when I called the rep was very nice but informed me that somehow I had been scheduled with a provider that is not licensed for my state. Not a great first impression for something I'm paying entirely out of pocket for. The rescheduled appointment is still not showing in their portal and I have not received any communication confirming.

I was on the oral semiglutide for 2 months and actually gained weight--then went on oral tirzepiitide (which is supposedly stronger) for the last couple of weeks and have not lost an ounce. My thought is (at least on the oral prescription) that the dose it too low to achieve any real results. It took 8 business days to place my prescription order. The only way I knew it wasn’t ordered was by trying to see where the shipment was on their app Had a call with a customer rep and said he’d get back to me once he looked into it and never heard from him. Almost canceled my order.

I didnt receive notification in advance of my shipment so it was outside in the heat longer than I would liked. I have had NO communication from Henry's. I finally called to resolve the issue. My patient portal is messed up and not updating with correct info. Help
