I received a 3 month weight loss prescription from Henry. Every month they would send me my pills for the month. The first two month little to no results or side effects. Then the 3rd month prescription comes in and even though it says it’s the same pill the size color taste and results and side effects were way different than the first two months. The 3rd month I lost 10lb which is great if all 3 months would have giving me the same results. Then at the end of the 3 months they wanted me to redo my prescription so I can get to my goal weight. Seemed to me they gave me wrong or bad pills for the first two months and $300.00 but the 3rd month give me the good stuff to get me to pay for more. Yes I did call and talked to 5 different people and no one could give me a reason why.

Initially it took over a month for the pharmacy to process my prescription. Now, 2 months in a row they have sent my medication to the wrong address. After last time they guaranteed me that all my addresses were updated. This wouldn't happen again. Yada yada.. and here we are. I don't know how this place is still in business.

First you can get prescribed these through your family doctor I was going to get them until she told me that they would have to monitor my heart every now and then and that these pills have you with the jitters they have to check you heart often because it messes with your heart rhythm js still up to you on what you would like to do

Henry meds pricing plans are extremely deceiving! You think you're paying for the medication as you need it, but it's just a monthly subscription and not a pay per medication plan. My first prescription came timely, the pharmacy is in Florida and that is where I live. The 2nd one, hadn't even been processed for a week! And funny how that coincided with the fact that my billing date was days away. So if I was billed again before I got this prescription, I would have been paying $900 for 2 prescriptions of standard issue Semaglutide! They lead you to believe it's $297 per prescription. They also told me that if I did month to month, I could pause at any time if I had too much or needed a break...not possible. Then when I tried to get the prescription that was already submitted for me last week, I was told that if I cancel, they will not send it...terrible customer service, scam company!

I was very excited to start on Phentermine. However, this company does not offer true phentermine. It is supposedly a time released combination. The first month I lost 10 lbs, which is great. However, eating the same thing, the same reduced calorie and low carbs, taking the medication as instructed, saw no weight loss over the next 6 weeks. And I did not have the same physical feeling with the second or third bottle of meds. I'm passing $5 per pill and there is no effect. I am hungry, and still not losing weight. I don't think there is any phentermine in the second and third set of pills. After spending $300 for nothing but frustration, I am extremely upset!

I was prescribed the wrong medication I kept saying that I wanted the injections but they kept trying to give me the oral tablets and overcharged me until a week of calls and emails. I had to make 6 calls over 5 days and many emails to fix this and get the billing completed. Every time I called, I was told they would fix it and call me back to confirm it but they didn’t. I even recorded these conversations. I believe they did this to delay the prescription by over 10 days and make me go through a lot of effort to get refunded the extra charges. I am still not going to recover the extra week and a half they delayed my prescription.

After waiting for Medication to be delivered for over 2 weeks I, received an email after calling that’s it’s going to be another 2 weeks before the ship it out. This is a complete run around, only after the 3 rd time calling did the last person let me know this. There is no real savings going this way ….

I used Henrymeds for several months. It started out great. But then I received an unexplainable charge. I called and they said I need to opt out of the charge, and they refused to refund it. It's a pretty sleezy move, so I moved to a company that is more reputable.
